The wildflowers are delightful every summer, though sometimes I think I set my expectations a little too high when capturing moments, and then I don’t feel as satisfied with the outcome. I shot more photos than necessary and wasn’t going to make a solo post for this set. I think they definitely turned out a lot better in this collection on a cloudy evening, but I also wanted to capture them on a sunny evening. It felt healing to take these photos and to be in the moment, but then at some point I looked at the photos and felt like it was not really translating. Perhaps these photos are unique in their own way and I need to stop comparing it.
